The fees are freely fixed by the lawyer, in agreement with the client.

After the first appointment, an offer regarding the fees is made and a fees contract is established and sent to the client.

The fees are fixed on a time spent basis in accordance with the acts done ( appointments, case study, drafting of acts, hearings, phone calls, mails...).

Additional fees

Some fees, not included in the general fees, remain due by the client, such as : bailiff, local lawyers, translator, notary, tax fees, proceeding fees, publication fees, judicial expert...)

Methods of Payment

Carole PAINBLANC is a member of an approved management association so payment of the fees by cheque is accepted.

Periodic payments may be agreed on.
